
As I promised...I'd like to show you a sample of one of the new TAC paper collections...they are gorgeous and inexpensive... $6.95 a set! This one is
"Willoughby" paper collectionV844. I used one of the backgrounds I made using my
"Stamping with Water" tutorial posted below. I thought it went well with the designs on
Willoughby. You can always click on pictures for a larger view.
TIP: I made white dots with
white pen. To make the white dots look less stark (on the scallop circle), I went over them with
yellow glaze jelly pen. You can see this in the second picture. They matched my background paper a lot better too.

I used the matching
Willoughby ribbons B227 ($4.95)and the new
"Celebration Time" T2939 stamp set which I also thought was a great match with the Willoughby paper.
TIP: I tied
Scrapper's Floss to the ribbon. To curl or make floss have tendrils, wind the
Scrapper's Floss around
paper piercer.
