Quick Party Favors

Here's a quick way to make party favors that will surely blessed the recipients....take a small white paper bag, punch a whole in the center, stamp a design around it, add two chocolate candy squares and top it off with a pretty bow...that's it!  The size of these bags is approximately 3x4".

Don't you just love the verse of scripture...."He fills my life with good things" from Psalm 103:5.   Cute, huh?

A Moment lasts

  Happy Mother's Day to you awesome moms out there!  Believing you had a wonderful day with your loved ones.

Here is a wooden photo plaque we made at my last class...it looks more vibrant IRL.  I used the Friendship Bouquet stamp set from Close to My Heart.  Oh yes, I recently became a consultant for Close to My Heart....if you'd like, check my website out when you have time.

Actually this stamp set is from CTMHs May Stamp of the Month.  It retails for $17.95 each but you can get it for $5 with a $50 purchase!  Yeah, I know, what a deal right?  Here's the info for you....picture not the best.....it probably works better if you go here to see it.

8x8 "Mother" Scrapbook Page

I wanted to share this with all of you paper artists.  This is one of the projects that we will be making at our next class at River City Gift Shoppe.  It would make a great Mother's Day gift when inserted into an 8x8 frame, don't you think?  The sweetest surprise is when we lift the teapot lid, there is a wonderful message for the recipient (see 5th photo).

Digital Cutting File Fun

Welcome!  Is everyone staying blessed with this wonderful warm weather?  I love it!  As you know, I've been very excited about using digital cutting files....I've experimented with a variety of companies and I love what I can do with them and my Zing cutter! Turned Mistake into Vintage Valentine

I wanted to cut a scalloped card into an A2 size but made an error and cut it half the size...er, hate when this happens! lol.  

Didn't want to waste it so I decorated it with a vintage image. 

Since the small scalloped card opened up, I stamped a music note background on an A2 size cardstock.... making this a flat card by the time I was finished with it..

and ready to send out my Vintage Valentine to someone!
